Privacy Policy

The controller of personal data collected through the multiyachts.eu website (the “Website”) is Multi Yachts Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Straszyn, ul. Starogardzka 42 / B-27, 83-010 Straszyn, Poland, NIP (tax ID): 6040254715, KRS (National Court Register) number: 0001138185 (the “Controller”). For all matters related to personal data protection, the Controller can be contacted at info@multiyachts.eu.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”) and applicable Polish law.

The Website provides a contact form and a market analysis request form. Using them requires providing your full name, company name and e-mail address, and - in the case of the contact form - also the subject and content of the message, and optionally a phone number. This data is processed in order to respond to the submitted inquiry and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Messages sent through the forms are delivered to the Controller's mailbox via an external e-mail communication provider and are stored in its system; an automatic confirmation of receipt is also sent to the provided address. The Website does not maintain its own database of submissions.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive a response. Correspondence is stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and, in justified cases, until the expiry of the limitation period for potential claims.

The Website uses an analytics tool that operates without cookies and without creating user profiles. Only aggregated traffic data is collected: pages visited, traffic source, browser and device type, and country. The IP address is used only transiently, to distinguish visits, and is not stored. The legal basis for processing is the Controller's legitimate interest - analysing traffic on the Website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To ensure the proper functioning of the Website, technical errors occurring in the browser are automatically reported to an external monitoring tool. An error report may include the address of the visited page, information about the browser and operating system, and a technical description of the error along with the events immediately preceding it. Reports do not include users' IP addresses; the Website does not record sessions or activity replays. The legal basis for processing is the Controller's legitimate interest - maintaining the performance and security of the Website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The Website is maintained on the infrastructure of an external hosting provider. As part of this service, the provider processes network connection data, including IP addresses, to the extent necessary to deliver the Website's content, ensure its security and protect against abuse.

Personal data may be entrusted to the following categories of recipients: hosting and IT infrastructure providers, e-mail communication providers, analytics and marketing tool providers and error monitoring tool providers. These entities process data on the basis of data processing agreements and only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Data is processed primarily within the European Economic Area. As some service providers are based in the United States, data may be transferred outside the EEA to a limited extent - solely on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses (SCC).

The Website uses functional cookies - remembering the selected language version and the decision regarding cookies - as well as Google marketing and analytics tools, which may store their own cookies in the user's browser. Information about the use of cookies is displayed in a banner shown on the first visit to the Website.

Cookies can be deleted or blocked at any time in the browser settings, although this may affect some of the Website's functionality.

The Website uses marketing and analytics tools provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). These tools may collect information about how the Website is used and store their own cookies in the user's browser or use similar technologies. Every data subject has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Personal data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling. This Policy may be updated - the current version is published on this page together with the date of the last update.
