Created to cooperate from day one
Multi Yachts is a team of people with many years of experience in the yacht sector — in production shipyards, in premium unit sales, in technical service, on the water. We combine these competencies into an organization that understands every stage of a yacht's life cycle.

Our team
At Multi Yachts, we employ engineers with experience in yacht design, former managers of European shipyards, technicians with service certifications from leading manufacturers.
We understand the production process — because we worked in it. We understand owner expectations — because we sail ourselves. We understand the specifics of the Polish market — because we operate here.
This combination of competencies is rare. And it is the foundation of what we are building.

Sales Experience
Our team includes people who spent years responsible for sales at European shipyards and sales offices. We perfectly know the process from the manufacturer's side — budgets, targets, expectations of dealers, typical friction points.
We also know the client's side. We understand that buying a yacht is a decision spread over months, often years. That it requires trust, not pressure.
Transactions on units up to 70 ft
Premium client service in multi-year cycles
Market knowledge: Poland, Germany, Scandinavia
Multilingual communication
Network and Infrastructure
Headquarters in Gdańsk with service facilities. Presence in Gdynia. Expansion plans for Warsaw and Szczecin as the portfolio grows. We have and are building real infrastructure — places where you can see a unit, conduct a sea trial, commission service.

How we work together
First conversation
We schedule a meeting or phone call. We ask about plans, sailing style, waters, time horizon. We listen.
Every collaboration begins with understanding your vision. We take time to learn about your experience, preferred destinations, and long-term goals.
Analysis and recommendation
We prepare an analysis — which units match the needs. We discuss options, advantages of each.
Our recommendations are based on real experience with each shipyard. We know the strengths, build quality, and resale value of every model we represent.
Visits and sea trial
We organize a visit to the shipyard, at a boat show, or to another owner. For portfolio units — sea trial.
Nothing replaces direct experience. We arrange everything — from travel logistics to meetings with shipyard engineers and existing owners.
Configuration and offer
Together we go through the configuration. We prepare a complete offer with explanation of each item.
We advise on every option — from practical upgrades to items worth skipping. The goal is a yacht configured for your actual sailing plans.
Order and production
We coordinate the order, inform about production progress. On request — visit to the shipyard during construction.
Regular updates, photo documentation, and direct contact with the production team. You're informed at every stage of the build process.
Acceptance and support
Acceptance inspection, delivery coordination, operation training. After purchase — we remain available.
Our technical team handles commissioning, crew training, and first-season support. The relationship continues long after delivery.
